Fast Command not increasing attack speed

In Tree of Savior for Swordsman, fast command is not increasing attack speed.

It was mostly fixed in the latest TOS update. Nothing I can do about that.

I see, is there no way to make "/aspd" work with the range?
EDIT: nvm, it's not working, just visually
