You can reset your password here: ucp.php?mode=sendpassword

Your game and forum password are the same, so once you change it.. you may get logged out of the forum and will need to log back in.

If you still have problems logging in to MS but not the forums after changing your pass, send me a DM on discord and we can figure it out.
