- Added dependancy checks for the C++ Redistributables. If you are missing one, it will give you a prompt to download them and exit.

- The command /speed has been changed.
If you use /speed without any arguments it will toggle the "No Slow Speedhack" which lets you run at full speed while doing things like shooting arrows.
If you use /speed with a float arguement for example "/speed 2.9" it will increase your movement speed.
Please note that the new speed values are different than the old ones, it is now 0.1 to 2.9 instead of 0 to 6.
It also takes effect immediately, unlike the old method.
