Tree of Savior

• General
• No longer requires Windows Administrator privileges.

• Additions
• Added a new tool menu when right clicking supported games in the launcher.
  Currently the only tool available is a tool to fix the common corrupted XML error for Tree of Savior.
• You can now resize the game window by dragging the borders of the window.

• Fixes
• Fixed black screen if /rez isn't working.

I've noticed that it works sporadically and haven't figured out why yet, may be a bug with the server.

When I find out more information I'll make sure to post it.
