Game not loading

Hey Sor.
Bought a new Laptop, Magestorm is downloaded. When I go to enter it says Launching Magestorm and brings up the icon, but then nothing ever loads and Magestorm completely shuts down/goes away.
HP
Windows 10
64 Bit
Anything else I should be trying?

Did you install the 2 prerequisites?

Yes Sir I did. Tried to uninstall/reinstall a few times too. Weird it says Launching and then just disappears.

Is there a log.txt or crashlog.txt in the game folder?

No the folder does not have those files. Here is a SS of the Magestorm Folder

That happened to me too, try to Run as administrator? eventually it started working

Thanks Cigs, I tried a bunch and it hasn't worked yet, but I will keep trying.
Yea that works. I will download teamviewer on it tonight.
