Game crashes

Everytime I start the game up it checks for updates starts to boot-up and then crashes.

Did you install the redistributables, specifically this one?

Yeppers; Downloaded and installed before I did Magestorm.
Just did it again from your link. Still crashes; It loads into the game the screen goes black and the resolution changes and then it closes out with a windows error.

Heres my system specs if it helps
Windows 7 home premium: SP1
i7 920 @2.67ghz
16gb RAM; 64bit OS

Hrm... do you have a crashlog.txt in the MS folder? If so, paste it here please.
Otherwise I can Teamviewer to check it out if you want.

Its not creating a crashlog txt in the folder. I can teamview tonight after the baby goes down at 7cst.

Hi Sorien
Walkerslides problem -
He has downloaded MS with desktop icon
when clicking on the icon the MS symbol appears on the task bar and he gets the updating bar in middle of screen
As soon as the update is complete nothing happens and the MS symbol on task bar disappears

Have they ever installed MS before? If so make sure to delete the entire folder for the old MS.
If nothing at all is happening... then an external program (anti-virus, etc.) could be interfering with MS, or a redistributable may be missing.
