The following are the position descriptions and responsibilities.
Community Representative
- Fulfill the Community Coordinator's duties if they have been unable to do so for more than 4 days.
- Coordinate and host at least two events a week.
- Monitor players in-game (whether on an OP character or a normal character) for rule violations or any other problems.
- Fulfill the Community Representative's duties if they have been unable to do so for more than 4 days.
- Organize player polls and suggestions.
- Be an active voice alongside players in polls and player threads when you feel it's necessary.
- Lock polls that have been open for more than 21 days with little to no activity.
- If you *know* a feature isn't possible notify the poll creator and lock the poll. If you're unsure if a feature is possible or not, contact me.
- Once a poll has been active for at least 8 days and you believe that the players have reached an consensus, lock the thread, contact me with a link to the thread, and give me your personal opinions on the requested changes/features.
- Handle player reports, complaints, or concerns in-game and on the forums.
- Respond to and answer technical support posts on the forum.
- Handle in-game services such as renames, tagging, etc.
- Relay important information from players to me such as server problems or major bugs.
