Provided the cleric casting healing I, III, V, VII has full mana, it doesn't cost any (having casted it).

Keep in mind that it still costs Fatigue to cast.

For the testing phase, in the Cathedral Arena, implement someone, (yes some 1), who gets Library keys. So, for each team there is a library keymaster, who can unlock and lock the library doors as he or she pleases.
