Ah download works now, and no it works differently in ESO than usual.
ESO instead of widening the angle of the camera (like hook did, or any other FOV option), just pulls it back and calls it a day.
The projection angle stays the same.

I was really happy to see that this website is back up, since hook64 is the only way I can play ESO. (FOV modifier, I'm getting nauseus really quick otherwise) I can't download the latest version though since, when trying to download the hook this happens: You do not have permission to view this dir...
